Beata Stramska

Manages daily business of NordHR – a company supporting international Clients on the Polish market withing all  HR related matters. She has been working for multicultural companies for the last 12 years, when she started her professional career working a lot in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

She was responsible for implementing HR procedures from HQs to Polish entities, HR administration and labour law matters, leading soft skills training for employees (leadership and management, motivation, time management, team work and responsibility). Holding a master’s degree in law, she specializes in labour law matters related to the business organizations in Poland.

Beata is a frequent speaker during the meetings for foreign investors, helping them in making the decision how to build the most effective resources in Poland and how to attract the workplace on the very competitive market using non-financial motivating factors.

Beata has been a mentor to roughly 90 companies, supporting them in starting business activities in Poland. Her role is to be a true partner regarding the sourcing matters, buliding and implementing the HR culture, creating the salary matrix, hiring people and onboarding them.
